bear all risks of loss of or damage to the goods until such time as they have been delivered to the carrier or another person named by the buyer, at the named place or point;

pay all the costs relating to the goods until such time as they have been delivered to the carrier at the named place or point;

pay the costs of customs formalities as well as all duties, taxes, and other official charges payable upon exportation;

pay the price as provided in the contract of sale;

take delivery of the goods in accordance with the seller's delivery obligation;

contract at his own expense for the carriage of the goods from the named place, except as provided for in the seller's obligations concerning the carriage;

bear all risks of loss of or damage to the goods until such time as they have been delivered;

pay the price as provided in the contract of sale;

take delivery of the goods in accordance with the seller's delivery obligation;

contract at his own expense for the carriage of the goods from the named port of shipment;

bear all risks of loss of or damage of the goods from the time they have been delivered in accordance with the seller's delivery obligations.
